Personal information
Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. For Printr, this may include your name, contact details, organization, event details, print requirements, product selections, notes, and files you choose to provide.
Collection and use
We collect information you provide through the website, email, phone, or direct business interactions. We use it to review requests, advise on print, prepare estimates, coordinate production, delivery or installation, communicate with you, maintain business records, and protect our services from misuse.
When information is shared
Printr may provide information to service providers that support website operations, file storage, communications, production, or delivery, but only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information for marketing.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Cookies and website activity
We use cookies and limited website analytics, including Google Analytics, to understand how people find and use the site and to improve its performance. Analytics does not receive names, contact details, estimate responses, or uploaded files. Learn how Google handles data from sites that use its services.
Retention
Files submitted for an estimate are scheduled for deletion after 60 days. Other records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, complete the work, resolve an issue, maintain business records, or meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct personal information Printr holds about you, or request its deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw consent to future use, subject to legal, contractual, and record-keeping requirements.
Updates and questions
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. Questions, requests, or concerns about Printr’s privacy practices can be sent to hello@printr.ca. Additional information about privacy rights is available from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
